The Mission of Friends of Prado Day  Center

Friends of Prado Day Center was formed in December 1999 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (Non-Profit Tax ID 77-0540323) to raise funds to help support the operations of the Prado Day Center.

The Friends’ Board of Directors is a unique collaborative comprised of dedicated and passionate community members who represent local business, non-profit, religious and government organizations … and work together to improve life for the homeless in our community.
